Refund and Returns Policy
Limited refunds may be available.
Original Art
Original artwork returns must be requested within 30 days. Please contact Megan with the return request. Be sure to describe why the return is being requested.
If the return is granted, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the art back. On arrival and inspection of the art, the refund will be initiated.
In some cases, there may be a small restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or damaged original art
In the event that the art was lost or damaged in shipping, please let us know. We send all shipments with insurance and will work with the carrier to ensure things are made right, the best we can.
Please note: Original art is original and unique. It is not possible to replace it with an identical piece.
Print-on-Demand
If you encounter an issue with your print-on-demand order, please contact Megan so we can assist you in resolving it.
Misprints and damaged print-on-demand items
Our print partner has a three-step quality control process. However, in rare cases, damaged or mislabeled items might slip through or get damaged in transit. Replacements are covered in these cases.
We will ask for a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.
Submit the problem report within 30 days of delivery so we can request a review and send a free replacement.
The order failed to deliver
We require a valid shipping address during the checkout process. If an item is returned to the sender, we can reship it, but an additional shipping charge will apply.
Please contact Megan as soon as you realize the mistake. If the order has not yet shipped, we can fix the address before it heads your way.
